A mountable salamander broiler for Garland's Cuisine ranges
Garland manufactures a series of ranges called the Cuisine Series to which this salamander broiler, the Garland CIR36, is an attachment. This broiler can be paired with Garland ranges with a width of 36 inches.
The Garland CIR36 salamander broiler comes equipped with two 20,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners, each with Hi-Lo control valves. There's a 3-position spring balanced rack assembly and a removable grease pan.
